DeleteOne question... How do u put the little thing down where it says "hi jammers"? like where it tells you what not to do. I want to put some rules for comments on my blog but I don't know how.
ReplyDeleteGo to your Blogger Main page (It is the page with the left column that says posts, pages, layout, etc.) And on that column click settings, then posts and comments, and at the bottom it says "Comment Form Message" and that is where you can say stuff :) If you have a question just comment.
