Almost anything is possible (betas, store items, rares, etc.) Here are some items that people have gotten: Temple of Trivia, Sewing Machine, Hockey Mask, Medusa Mask, Zios Mask, Rare Medusa Mask, Rare Fox Hat, Fireplace, Golden Pirate Sword, Leprechaun Shoes, and even Rare Spiked Collar!!
