I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Appreciate it!

I basically just try to think of how the reader feels, and what they like and do not like. I have taken many English classes at my school, and I also liked writing when I was younger. The biggest tip I can give you is listening. Take opinions to your followers and see if they like your writing style. Just practice and have fun with it. Try to take your ideas and thoughts, write them down, and organize. Also, revision is an important part! A great tip is to read what you have wrote out loud and see if it makes sense.
